Product description

Air filter composite nonwoven fabric is a core material in modern air purification technology. It combines two or more layers of nonwoven fabric (or other functional materials) with different properties through a composite process, forming an all-around air filtration material that combines high efficiency, low resistance, high dust holding capacity, and high strength.

Air filter composite nonwoven fabric product processes:

Ultrasonic wireless lamination utilizes high-frequency ultrasonic vibration to generate high heat on the contact surface of the nonwoven fabric, causing localized fusion.

Hot melt adhesive dot/web lamination uses precision equipment to spray hot melt adhesive in extremely small amounts and evenly onto the substrate in the form of ultra-fine adhesive dots or spider web-like filaments, and then presses them together.

Hot rolling lamination involves stacking two layers of nonwoven fabric containing low-melting-point components (such as ES fibers) and hot-pressing them through heated patterned steel rollers.

Air filter composite nonwoven fabric applications: Medical protective masks, household air purifier filters, fresh air system filters, cleanroom filter units.
