Product introduction of PET/CoPET bicomponent nonwoven fabric:

PET/CoPET bicomponent nonwoven fabric: A composite nonwoven material produced through advanced spunbond technology, composed of continuous filaments interwoven together. Due to its perfect fusion of the advantages of PET (polyester) and CoPET (copolyester), it is a benchmark skeletal support material in fields such as high-efficiency air filtration, high-end packaging, automotive interiors, and industrial support.

PET/CoPET bicomponent nonwoven fabric manufacturing process:

1. Bicomponent melt extrusion: PET and CoPET are melted in two separate extruders and extruded through a precision bicomponent composite spinneret.

2. Airflow stretching: The extruded melt is stretched infinitely by a high-speed cold airflow, forming continuous, unbroken filaments.

3. Hot air web formation: The filaments are extruded and laid into a web.

4. Needle punching: The base fabric is needle punched and laminated to form a high-grammage product.

PET/CoPET bicomponent nonwoven fabric applications: Car wheel covers, car underbody panels, car fender liners, car trunk side liners, car floor mats.
