Liquid filtration membrane-coated nonwoven fabric: By coating the surface of the nonwoven fabric base with a membrane, bacterial impurities are reduced from penetrating the membrane and contaminating the nonwoven fabric base, increasing product lifespan and significantly improving filtration efficiency.


Liquid filtration membrane-coated nonwoven fabric product manufacturing process: PTFE membrane lamination has three lamination methods:


Hot-press lamination: Utilizing the low-melting-point fibers of the base fabric, the PTFE membrane is thermally bonded to the base fabric under specific temperature and pressure.


Adhesive lamination: Using special chemical-resistant adhesives for lamination, mostly used for industrial coarse filtration with slightly lower purity.


Ultrasonic lamination: Utilizing high-frequency ultrasonic vibration to generate heat for localized thermal fusion.


Applications of Liquid filtration membrane-coated nonwoven fabric: MBR membrane bioreactor filtration components, filter cloths for chamber or belt filter presses, pharmaceutical and food and beverage industries (high-purity filtration)
