Skeleton composite nonwoven fabric
Reinforced composite nonwoven fabric, reinforced composite nonwoven fabric for drainage board filter cloth, GRS certified reinforced composite nonwoven fabric, recycled polyester, high-strength polyester mesh reinforced composite nonwoven fabric
Product description

The core logic of skeleton-reinforced composite nonwoven fabrics is a powerful combination and complementary advantages. Its typical structure usually consists of two layers (double-layer composite) or three layers (sandwich structure): The skeleton layer is the core support, commonly made of materials such as PET nonwoven fabric, PP coarse denier nonwoven fabric, and high-strength metal mesh. The skeleton layer imparts extremely high tensile strength, tear strength, stiffness, and dimensional stability to the material, preventing deformation. The functional layer is the core of filtration and barrier, commonly made of materials such as meltblown nonwoven fabric and electrostatic cotton, which can precisely intercept particulate matter, bacteria, and specific liquids.
skeleton-reinforced composite nonwoven fabric Process: Ultrasonic Lamination: Utilizing high-frequency ultrasonic vibration to generate heat, the contact points of the skeleton layer and the functional layer are instantly fused together.
Hot Melt Adhesive Dot/Web Lamination: Hot melt adhesive (such as PA, PES, PUR) is applied to the skeleton fabric in the form of tiny "adhesive dots" or "adhesive webs" through a spinneret, doctor blade, or gravure roller, and then hot-pressed together with the functional fabric.
skeleton-reinforced composite nonwoven fabric application Directions: High-end air filter elements: automotive air conditioning filters, home air purifier filters, fresh air system filters.
