Meltblown filter cloth

Meltblown filter fabric is available with both water electret and electrostatic electret treatments. The meltblown fibers maintain a constant charge, increasing filtration efficiency against bacteria and reducing breathing resistance. Colors can be highly customized, or shipped according to our company's color samples.

Meltblown filter fabric manufacturing process: PP raw material → feeding and drying → screw melt extrusion → meltblown die → hot air stretching → web forming → electrostatic electret treatment → winding and slitting → finished product packaging
