Hydrophilic non-woven fabric: Through modifying the raw materials or adding hydrophilic oil agents, the surface of the non-woven fabric acquires the properties of rapid water absorption, flow guidance, and wetting. 

Hydrophilic non-woven fabric is widely used in infant care, women's hygiene, and adult care fields. 

Product process of hydrophilic non-woven fabric: Raw material modification: PP raw material → Add hydrophilic masterbatch → High-temperature melting extrusion → Spinning → Cooling/Hot air drawing → Laying net formation → Hot rolling reinforcement → Rolling up → Coiling 

Continuous immersion and wetting treatment: PP raw material → High-temperature melting extrusion → Spinning → Cooling/Hot air drawing → Laying net formation → Hot rolling reinforcement → Functional additive hydrophilic oil agent → Drying and shaping → Coiling 

Application directions: Infant diapers, women's sanitary pads, adult care pads
